Our Approach

ListenWhat is the story your health is telling?

Pain, discomfort, and changes in function are ways our bodies tell us something is happening. Your history, environment, stressors, and experiences all contribute to your current state of health. What can we learn from these signs?

Through careful assessment, conversation, and interpretation, we begin to understand what may be contributing to your condition and how best to proceed.

AdaptNow the real dialogue begins.

We work to identify and address restrictions to health, support areas of weakness, and encourage better physiological function.

As treatment progresses, your body's response provides valuable feedback. We use that information to reassess, adjust our approach, and determine the next steps.

HealThe body wants health.

Our role is to help create the conditions that support the body's natural processes of regulation, repair, and recovery. By identifying obstacles to recovery, addressing areas of dysfunction, and supporting the body's ability to regulate and repair itself, we work toward lasting improvements in health.

Through treatment, education, and practical changes to daily life, we aim to give you the knowledge and tools to participate actively in your own recovery.

Traditional Chinese Medicine and my ongoing studies in osteopathy offer complementary perspectives on health, each contributing to how I understand the body, its functions, and the factors influencing a person’s condition.

Every patient is unique, and health is dynamic. Through careful assessment and thoughtful interpretation, I work to develop a deeper understanding of the individual and identify a practical way forward.

My own experiences with injury and recovery have shaped my appreciation for the body’s capacity to heal. Working with patients experiencing a wide range of concerns, from pain and injury to digestive difficulties, sleep disturbances, anxiety, fertility, and chronic conditions, has further developed my understanding of the complexity of health.

My aim is to meet each patient where they are, with humility, compassion, and curiosity. Rather than beginning with a predetermined treatment, I seek to understand the person and their condition before determining how best to apply the tools available to me, whether manual therapy, acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, exercise, nutrition, or lifestyle guidance.
